STEP 1:
You should have already selected the trip or destination of your choice.
If you haven’t yet, click on the TRIPS or FULL DAYS buttons. In each section, choose the experience and the available options.
Check the calendar and confirm your departure date and trip details with your Wayumi advisor.
You can add one or more destinations to your shopping cart. Follow the process through to completion.

Before making any payment or deposit, please consult with our reservation assistants to confirm the total cost of your trip(s) and the available payment methods
Binance Payment Instructions
Scan the QR code and complete your payment through the Binance platform.
Save a screenshot to attach your transfer receipt(s) to the reservation form.
Always confirm that your payment has been received.

All published prices are based on payments made in foreign currency via Cash, Zelle, or Binance.
If you wish to pay in Bolívares, please consult our representatives to confirm your plan’s total and the applicable exchange rate.
We will send you the details to complete your Pago Móvil.
Reservations
STEP 3:
Once you’ve completed your purchase and made the payment, click to fill out your reservation form.
This step is very important—not only to collect your contact details, but also to gather accurate information about your physical condition, weight, and clothing size (required for certain equipment), as well as any dietary needs or allergies. This helps us ensure you enjoy every experience to the fullest and with complete safety.
Your emergency contact should be someone close to you (who is not joining the trip), who can be reached by phone and notified in case of any unforeseen event.
To make your reservation, a 25% deposit of the quoted amount is required. You must pay 50% of the total amount one month before your trip. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the trip date. Payments made within the indicated timeframe guarantee your reservation and full package services.
Once you've filled out the form, remember to report your payments.
