Reservation Form

To formalize your reservation, it is essential that you complete and submit the following form with all the required information.

Your weight, height, and physical condition information will allow us to confirm that you are fit to enjoy the trip's activities.

Inform your payment(s) in the message, specifying your transfer details. If you made a Zelle or Binance transfer, attach a screenshot.

*Please indicate your physical condition in detail, including whether you exercise regularly or sporadically, any pre-existing conditions, allergies, asthma, mobility issues, or any other conditions that pose a risk to you or the rest of the group. This is especially true for longer excursions and tours. Consult your operator about the specifics of your trip and activities. Your safety is our priority.

Payment type

  • Complete all fields in the data form and by submitting it you indicate that you accept the terms of the contract.

  • To reserve your preferred date and package, a deposit of 25% or more of the quoted amount is required.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before the travel date.

  • If you do not make payments under these conditions, we do not guarantee availability or full services for your package.

  • The client declares that he or she travels under his or her own sole responsibility, exonerating the tour operator, staff, and companies contracted for the service from any accident or mishap that may occur during the days covered by the trip or a full day.

  • The reservation is non-refundable if you do not travel; however, your spot is transferable, provided you meet the physical requirements for the excursion and pay the remaining amount within the stipulated timeframe.

  • By submitting the Reservation form, you certify that all information provided is true and that you agree to the terms and conditions described in this section.
